If there’s anyone who can excel under pressure, build meaningful relationships, and grind to solidify a goal, it’s Joshua Bennett. As a 2-time All-American Varsity Soccer player in the NCAA and a professional player in Syracuse, Austria, and Germany, Josh has proven that he does not settle until he achieves ultimate success.

Josh has been in the real estate market for 5 years now and his dedication allows him to ensure he provides the best service for his clients. Josh is currently completing his last year of an MBA at the DeGroote School of Businesses, with a specialization in Real Estate Finance and Investment. His hard work has also resulted in his acceptance into the Schulich School of Business for their Masters of Real Estate and Infrastructure program, which will begin in the fall of 2022.

From commercial multi-residential and commercial land acquisition, to residential, to pre-construction investing, Josh continues to find curiosity and specialization in various classifications of real estate. His knowledge and independence are shown through his goal to open one or two offices in a few emerging markets in the next 3-5 years.

When Josh isn’t closing deals, he’s busy with his newfound passion for golf, as well as traveling around to new parts of the world. His core pillars consist of knowledge, authenticity, and hard work, and these qualities are proven through his strong commitment to his clients, as well as everything he does outside of real estate. Josh wants nothing more than to ensure his clients achieve the best goals of their lives.
